Medha Bhargaw
Secretary & Treasurer
Medha Bhargaw has been interested in Classical India Arts from a very young age. Growing up in the culturally rich city of Pune, she was exposed to many aspects of classical arts. After moving to the United States she pursued her passion for Kathak dance and completed her Prabhakar from Prayag Sangit Samiti.
Medha is a Software Engineer by profession and currently works as an Automation Analyst.
Sachin Lal
Marketing & PR Manager
An IT professional with 15 years of Industry experience Sachin has an equal passion for Performing Arts since childhood. He strongly believes in transforming STEM to STEAM - STEM + Art. As a lifelong student of Indian Performing Arts he believes that Performing Arts teaches not just artistic skills but also bring discipline, perseverance and focus. Sachin strongly believes in educating the mainstream audience about Indian Arts.
Kam Gupta

Kam is President of Continuous Improvement Technology, Inc. -a management consulting and coaching organization. A Life and Executive coach Kam has served on many professional, educational and fine arts boards of directors. He is actively learning Kathak dance and Tabla. He loves to cook and teach culinary skills when possible. Kam is a Motivational and Professional speaker who believes in continuous learning, evolving, sharing, and growing individually and collectively
Raj Deshmukh
Board Member
Shri Raj Deshmukh is a Mechanical Engineer and a Software professional also an accomplished percussionist specializing in the art of playing Tabla and Pakhawaj. He has accompanied renowned artists around the globe. Shri Deshmukh earned his music degree from M.S. University of Baroda, India. Shri Raj Deshmukh is a disciple of Guru Pandit Chuttanlal Pakhawaji of the Benares Gharana, late Pt. Ashoke Maitra and Padma Shri Pt. Swapan Chaudhuri. Sri Deshmukh is a founder and artistic director of Kala Eternal Rhythms, a school of Indian percussion and classical Music in IL USA.

Madhvi Verma
Board Member
Madhvi Verma has been passionate about education, music and performing arts since her childhood. She strongly believes that performing arts and dance not just increase mental and physical strength in an individual but also promote resilience in communities by bringing them together.
Her passion for music, dance and arts is shared by her family; her children are students of Kathak dance and instrumental music.
Madhvi is also an avid enthusiast for mental health and wellness, and has been working towards her mindfulness teacher certification.
Madhvi is a software product manager and enables analytics based solutions to solve business problems. Additionally, she is a board member at CHAT, a non-profit which advocates innovative speech therapy.
