Kathak dance:

Kathak dance classes are offered for all age groups and gender. Classes are held at the following locations:

  • Libertyville

  • Schaumburg

  • Naperville

  • Lincoln Park (Downtown Chicago)

  • Online

 

I-RADHA offers a very comprehensive and structured training program. The seven year curriculum is divided as follows:

  • Parichay - level prep

  • Prathama - level 1

  • Dwitiya - level 2

  • Tritiya - level 3

  • Madhyama - level 4

  • Praveen - level 5

  • Nipun - level 6

  • Dikshaant - level 7

​

Examinations in Practical and Theory are held once a year.

Hindi Language

Hindi Classes are mainly focused on conversational Hindi. Our goal is to make our students feel
comfortable communicating using the Hindi language.

 

In the beginning the students will work on expanding their Hindi vocabulary and learning simple phrases and sentences. The Hindi alphabet will be introduced as the classes progress giving the students an opportunity to learn basic reading and writing.


Classes are 45 mins long and follow a ‘Review, Re-enforce and Build’ interactive format. Students will be
asked to practice what they learned and it will be reviewed in the next class.

Arts & Crafts:

Classes held in Gurnee area

​

  • Kids from age 5 and up

  • once a week 40 min. session

  • All materials are provided

  • Projects typically take anywhere from 2-4 sessions (hours) to complete, depending on the student’s age, speed, and skill level
